Everheard shows one card a day from science-based self-improvement podcasts: a headline, a short paraphrase in plain words, and one thing to do. It runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.

The card did not change today.
A new card is dealt at the first launch or widget refresh after midnight in your local time zone. Open the app once and the widget updates within a few minutes.
The lock-screen widget is missing.
Long-press the lock screen, tap Customize, tap the widget area under the clock, and choose Everheard. Home-screen widgets: long-press the Home Screen, tap +, and choose Everheard. Widgets use the card style you picked in Settings.
I want a different card style.
Tap the circled menu at the top right, then pick a theme. Widgets follow.
I want the reminder at a different time.
Menu → Daily reminder.
Where does a card come from?
Every card's footer links to the episode and timestamp it was drawn from. Cards are paraphrases in our own words, not quotes.
Something is wrong with a card.
Email the card's headline and what is wrong. Corrections ship in the next catalog update; no app update is needed.
Remove all my data.
Delete the app. Everything Everheard stores is on your phone.
